I thought long and hard about the title because this subject covers many different answers. What is motivation? It can be a spur, an incitement, a reason to perform better or just do whatever job you have at a higher level than before after a tough day. Who motivates then,? We all do to each other, cash is king, greed is good stock market, We finish at 1600 if we empty all the bins before! I will make more tips than you! Now beat this! Sounds motivating but things can be easier in life than a wager or a countdown. Try thank you or well done, positives that’s make a person smile and feel warm inside. Recognizing a worth can give instant approval to another without counting your cents or order form I think that motivation comes from within. your colleagues and peers can challenge you and it’s good to listen but if it ain’t in your way to improve in whatever job in life then best lie down and have a big think!
